A Study On Social Responsibility Fulfillment Of Suzhou Power Supply Company Under The Background Of Energy Internet

In recent years, with rapid economic and social development in Suzhou, the energy-internet being promoted continuously, power supply companies as large, state-owned, and public utility companies, their fulfillment of social responsibility is more and more widely concerned. Under the background of energy-internet development, using questionnaires, interviews and depth quantitative and qualitative methods, this thesis discovers three issues regarding social responsibility of Suzhou Electricity Supply Company. First, the current power grid can not meet future demands on electricity of this city; Second, clean energy consumptive capacity can not support the future green, sustainable development of society; Third, intelligent services, the level of urban-rural services can not facilitate the future way of life. The fundamental problem of these issues is that the electricity-supply company has defects in construction of power grids, intelligent services, management of social responsibility, which compromises its attempt to fulfill its social responsibilities. The current status of the power grid can not afford to be connected to future large-scale photovoltaic power and wind power. It can not provide sufficient energy supply and can not meet the needs of sudden connection of electric cars, ships shore power devices and other high-power charging device. Electricity-supply services still remain in the traditional pattern of off-line handling, however, customized, personalized, 24-hour online and offline services also need to be implemented quickly. Social responsibility management of the electricity-supply company is not sufficiently innovative, the company employees have limited capability to fullfil their responsibilities and are lack of external communication; social acceptance is not sufficiently high.Accordingly, this research proposes suggestions in three aspects to improve the capability of the electricity-supply company to fullfil their social responsibilities. First, to construct the social responsibility management system of the electricity-supply company in Suzhou City such that the management level of responsibility-fullfilment can be improved. Second, to accelerate the development of the smart power grid such that the hardware fundations of responsibility-fullfilment can be improved. Third, to explore and research intelligent service models such that the intelligence level of responsibility-fullfilment can be improved.
