| Turpan City, which locates in the center of the Turpan Basin, is the lowest inland basin in China. Because of the low-lying and damp geography, the weather of Turpan City is extreme aridity, heat, long sunshine, short frost and in the special weather condition of little rain.This special weather condition is very well for grape's growth. As such ,Turpan City is the main grape production base of our country. Turpan City is well-known for its grape garden all the time, the grape garden seize on the most persents of agricultural land in the whole Turpan City, and because of the high income, this proportion still increases year by year.This study evaluated the quality of grape garden of Turpan City through settle class and quotation,with the GIS software technique, building up base-data of grape garden, reached the conjunction between space data and attribute data. On this foundation I studied the space law of all kinds of grape garden. Providing a decision for exploitating and managementing limited grape garden resources more reasonable, as well as the grape garden resources continuable development.With the actual circumstance of grape gardens in Turpan City, this study selected seven factors (effective soil layer thickness, saline degree, disaster condition, center niche, irrigate assurance rate, the degree of forest, farmland piece neat degree) related to the quality and use-value of grape gardens, which contained natural factor, location factor and social economic factor with using value as the evaluating indicator, then I confirmed the factor of grade by delphi technique, used weighted sum and cell-value evaluation combine with SPSS make the whole grape gardens (including seven country,one town and two national farm,about 16.58×104 hm2) into 3 level, and I accounted base land price(timeless and 30 years) by income capitalization approach. From foundation database's establishment of estimate of the grape garden area,partition of the evaluation unit, the coding of the evaluation unit, the account of the related distance and the facture of illustrated handbook of production and so on, I studied the application of the GIS technique that applied in the estimate of the grape garden area. |
