In recent years, the continually rise of our country's real estate price arouses the social's high interest from all walks of life. Thousands of years'traditional Chinese ideal--"home to the resident, land to the tiller" seems to become a luxury, and more and more consumers turn the vision to the second-hand house market, many kind of intermediary broker organization appears like mushroom, but each kind of risk of trade lets the consumer shrink back at the sight. The real estate industry is an altitude relatedness profession, which playing an important role in the urban economy development. And as the basic carrier of social production and the life, the real estate industry not only affects the improvement of people's living environment and the enhancement of people's life level, but also affects the urbanization and industrialization of a nation. As an important constituent in the real estate market, the second-hand house market's status of its development。The basic rules, the direction of its development and operation measures, etc. will be an important influence factors to the healthy development of our country's real estate industry.The research and study on the Combination of second-hand house industry and the sustainable development are very few in China. But with the development of the economic and the society, Our country enters an important historical development time, the real estate industry now face the brand-new opportunities and the challenges. The continually, stable, and healthy development of the second-hand house market is an advantageous to the protection of the reasonable use of the ecological environment and the natural resource, and it lays the foundation for other industrial sectors and even the entire national economy and the social development, it's also the focal point of the government, the common people and the enterprise. The relation between the development of the house in reservation (second-hand house) and the incremental house is a sign which reflects the mature of real estate market, and it's a goal which the second-hand house develops continually. But the round turns in the second-hand house transaction process have old ideals, supplies and demand are not balanced (vacancy rate), the second-hand house transaction cost is excessively high, there are many questions in the facilitating agency, the information in the transaction process is asymmetrical, the institution's policy inclination to the second-hand house market is insufficient, all these questions are elements that restrict the continually development of the second-hand house market.Through consulting a large number of the data, I combined second-hand house in the real estate market with sustainable development, amassed the present situation of second-hand house market's development in our country,the significance to develop second-hand house market and the main connotation of second-hand house market's sustainable development. I also unified the experience and the lesson in the domestic and foreign second-hand house industry developing process,and gave opinions about how to realized second-hand house market's sustainable development in our country.In the end, I carried on the forecast to our country's second-hand house market's sustainable development.
