The Research Of Sustainable Development Countermeasure Of Tianjin Housing Industry Based On Green Concept

In recent years, due to the rapid rise in the prices of houses, many families cannotafford the house any more. So, the issue of houses’ rising prices catches the attentionfrom all over the society. For many years, our nation has issued a series of adjustmentand controlling policies to curb the rapid growth of prices. And these policies havecome into effect in Tianjin. This paper mainly analyses the process and result of theimplementation of the adjustment and controlling policies concerning the currenthousing market. It also predicts the trends of houses’prices in Tianjin according to thecorresponding statistics and policies.This paper consists of six chapters. The first chapter introduces the backgroundand significance of the subject and illustrates the research objective and the content ofthis paper. The second chapter introduces relevant theories and the literature reviewand clarifies some relevant concepts. The third chapter analyses the factors whichcause the rapid rise of house prices and explains the influences that the rise of houseprices has on each aspect of our society. The fourth chapter makes a furtherexplanation of the current national control policy. By adopting relevant theories, thefifth chapter makes an in-depth analysis of the housing market in Tianjin, assesses andanalyses the results of the implementation of the adjustment and controlling policiesconcerning the housing price. The sixth chapter studies the sustainable developmentin the field of the housing real estate industry in Tianjin and puts forward relevantsuggestions. The sixth chapter, through analyzing the results of the implementation ofthe existing policy concerning the housing real estate industry in Tianjin, predicts thefuture development and makes suggestions.This dissertation is based on the author’s internship experience in the real estatecompany in Tianjin and makes a further research and analysis of the adjustment andcontrolling policies issued by the municipal government. On the basis of the studiesabove, this paper puts forward the forward-looking and high practical advice towardsthe sustainable development of Tianjin housing real estate industry in the future andprovides for reference for the healthy development of Tianjin housing real estateindustry.
