In the last of 21st century , electronic commerce come to emerge allover the world and effect human social economy and life. With electronic commerce flourish development and saturated in almost all industry quickly, electronic commerce has been changing development progress of economy in our world radically. Electronic commerce has gained fast development and accrescent dimensions that traditionary industry hardly imaginary with its advantage in high effective, esay topay, over space-time and low cost. And created surprised achievement.China is big state on tea development and consumption. Today, Teasale in Our country almost depend on traditional shop. Tea Sale on web is very smaller than in shop .Nowadays, there is not only One successful cases about electronic commerce.the main reason of this phenomena frist:no habit in purchases on internet. second: posblly on being beguilement .third:dissafety paying on internet. Forth: tea qulityannt ensure. so writer to table a proposal to study on electronic commerce of tea based on willingness-to-pay of consumer. To ensure the relitionship between willingness-to-pay of consumer. and electronic commerce of tea for helping thedevelopment of electronic commerce of tea retractedThe sample of this study use tea consumers in Fuzhou city, putted out two hundred and twenty questionnaires for testing willingness-to-pay of consumer on web. The result based on statistical analysis indication, it important for electronic commerce to learn willingness-to-pay of consumer.
