Research On The Resources Utilization To Resources-Economic-Environment System In Inner Mongolia

Ues of natural resources and their utilization efficiency are important factors that related to the economic operation cost and improve the environment. This paper which combines the use of natural resources in Inner Mongolia and the regional type of energy development, take the efficiency of natural resources use and changes to the core. First of all, this paper concern about how the natural resource utilization and it's efficiency of change impact the economic growth, environmental quantity with the econometric methods of Granger test and regression test. The study found the increase in utilization as natural resources, economic growth is to accelerate, and pollutant emissions also show a downward trend. Then we use the model of coordinated development to illustrate the development of coordination of Inner Mongolia's economic, natural resources, environment in present. the results have been overall coordination of U-degree change in trend, and this is the trend of natural resource use efficiency is also consistent.Finally, the ANOVA analysis and the basic economics concepts and formulas were used on the factor analysis of the changes in natural resource efficiency, to make further prove of the coordination of the system of Inner Mongolia regional economic-environment-natural resources system. And we found that reduction of intermediate consumption, industrial restructuring and the policy factors are causing changes of natural resources efficiency.
