As an island province of Hainan Province, internal and external communication materials must rely on maritime transport, as far as we know, The port function is a lifeline in the economic development of Hainan. At the same time, Hainan has rich port resources. Since the province has been established, the Construction of ports got a fast development, the port economy of Hainan, boosted by its relevant industries and services has tremendously grown in total amount.At present, Hainan's port economy is right in a critical period full of strategic opportunities.
