The Reconstruction Of Qingdao’s Open Economic System Which Include Port,Marie And Sea-related Industries

Qingdao city is the leader of the Shandong peninsula blue economic zone. It is a request of following the world ocean economy development trend and broadening new room of land and ocean development to build the blue economic zone of Shandong peninsula. Qingdao Adjoining Harbor Economic Development Area, because of its natural advantage in timing and location, of course becomes a core area to develop the adjoining harbor economy and the Blue Economy. Qingdao as the leading city of the Shandong peninsula blue economic zone construction, the development of Marine economy can promote the development of surrounding cities, and will lay the foundation for the construct of the Shandong peninsula blue economic zone.On the basis of the classical economics theory, we explore the connotation of the sea-related industries, port industry and marine industry. And then analyze the current situation and problems of the sea-related industries, port industry and marine industry in Qingdao. Drawing on foreign experience, to explore the reconfiguration path of the Blue Economy in Qingdao, providing reference for the development of Marine economy in Qingdao.This paper uses the grey correlation model to analyze the relation degree between marine industry and terrestrial industry in Qingdao. Then, using location quotient to analyze the aggregation extent of marine industry and port industry in Qingdao. Finally, introduces the foreign experience about the development of the sea-related industries, port industry and marine industry.Qingdao city is the leader of the Shandong peninsula blue economic zone. But so far, the study of the Qingdao’s open economic system which include port, marine and sea-related industries is scarce, even no scholars have devoted to the special task studying. The reconstruction of Qingdao’s open economic system is studied in this paper firstly. Drawing on foreign experience, to explore the reconfiguration path of the Blue Economy in Qingdao, providing reference for the development of Marine economy in Qingdao. This point is also the innovative point of this thesis.
