Analysis Of Factors That Affect The Demand Of Enterprise Annuity

The aging population has caused a global concern recently. In China, the aging problem is m serious, and the Social Security System has already been overburdened. The enormous funding gap of social basic pension insurance and the huge pressure for government financial balance push the scholars and industry professionals to seek for solutions. Against this background, enterprise annuity gets more and more attention.Enterprise annuity in China appears in 1991. But then it has been stagnant within a decade, and began to develop slowly since 2000. The professional system of enterprise annuity started to be established until 2004. But so far, enterprise annuity in China has not entered the stage of vigorous development yet. So the author decided to analyze the factors that affect the demand for enterprise annuity in order to find effective measures to promote fast development of enterprise annuity in China.This article has four parts:The first chapter introduces the basic concepts of en-terprise annuity, the development path of enterprise annuity in developed countries, and the development path and current problems of enterprise annuity in China. The second chapter calculates the degree of association of the factors that affect the de-mand for enterprise annuity and analyzes the results, using Grey Relational Model. The third chapter raised some measures to stimulate the demand for enterprise an-nuity based on the findings of chapter two. The author also does some comparison and research on the new tax policy, the current practice of taxation, the TEE tax mode and the EET tax mode. In chapter four, the author raises some questions to be further discussed.The innovation of this paper:First, this paper does quantitative analysis and research based on data from the China market, while previous studies on the demand for enterprise annuity are mostly theoretical and qualitative; Second, this paper use the gray system theory, while almost all of the previous studies on enterprise annuity use economic methods or statistical methods; Third, this paper does some comparison and research on the newly issued tax policy and other tax modes, and there is no similar study yet.
