Research On Factors Of Enterprise Annuity Demand Based On Grey Relational Analysis

Over the years, the aging of the population problem is always the focus of globalattention. In our country, the pension issue is facing various difficulties: First of all,theproblem of population aging makes countries and children’s pension burden increase,as the proportion of the60years old and65years old in China has more than theinternational standard of population aging, the aging of the population is undoubtedlythe most important factor of the pension issue; Secondly, the basic old-age securitysystem in China has been very heavy, huge pension deficit to make people afraid, howto reduce the burden of the basic pension system has become one of the key problemsof all. In this context, as a supplement of basic old-age security system of the society,the enterprise annuity has gained more and more attention.The embryonic form of China’s enterprise annuity appeared in1991, but thedevelopment was very slow, it has been in a state of remain stagnant in the next tenyears. China’s enterprise annuity until2000the State Council issued the experimentalplan, began a slow development. The20orders and the23orders promulgated in2004, marking China’s enterprise annuity into the specification stage of development.The11orders promulgated in2011, to broaden the enterprise annuity fund investmentchannels, show that the vigorous development of China’s enterprise annuitydetermination, but from nearly two years of data, development of enterprise annuity isvery slow. At the end of2013, the enterprise annuity implementation of taxpreferential policies, and promote the development of enterprise annuity, but the effectis still unknown.In order to seek effective measures to promote the development of enterpriseannuity, the author analyzed the influencing factors of enterprise annuity demand,through the establishment of model, in order to find the biggest influence onenterprise annuity demand, put forward on the basis of the enterprise annuitydevelopment suggestions.This paper is divided into four parts, the first overview of the related literature at home and abroad, based on the previous research results summarized and discussed,laid the foundation for the impact of the enterprise annuity demand factor selection.The second chapter introduces the development process of enterprise annuity inChina, will be the development of enterprise annuity in China is divided into threestages, each stage provides representative regulations and events are introduced; thenreveals the process of China’s enterprise annuity development issues.The third chapter establishes the model to analyze the influential factors ofChina’s enterprise annuity demand, the Grey model theory is explained, and thencombined with the above literature review content, select the factors having an impacton China’s enterprise annuity demand, for each factor and the enterprise annuity ofGrey relational analysis, found the impact on China enterprise annuity demandmaximum is people’s awareness of insurance consumption, followed by the level ofeconomic development and their ability to pay, once again, the level of developmentof financial markets,employment level, the degree of population aging and thepayment level,the last is the basic pension insurance system current. At the end of thischapter, combining with the actual situation in China, the results were explained.The fourth chapter combined with the process of China’s enterprise annuitydevelopment issues and the conclusion of the model, some suggestions were putforward on development of enterprise annuity in China.
