Deeply studying the numerically controlled machine of one internal elevator corporation, which faces practical problem and requirement, this paper brings forward it is can improve productivity of numerically controlled machine by using appropriate technology and effective method. Whilst continuously extending above mentioned study achievement can promote manufacture corporations have long advantaged ability of competition and guarantee of constant development.By generalizing the definition character and development of productivity, this paper expatiates the best study manner of productivity for chinese manufacture corporations'production system. At first, this paper analyzes the effect on productivity of production system by manpower, machinery, material, method, environment from fishbone diagram. Then, from Pareto diagram, this paper sums up the effect degree of production system by preceding different kinds of elements. And from the statistics, this paper finds the most obvious effect on productivity is man-machine ratio, batch and machine fault. In this paper, Flexsim 4.0 Demo simulation software, by A real enterprise production systems modeling and simulation, analyzes the three factors mentioned above, the productivity of CNC equipment group. The simulation results, we have identified to achieve the highest productivity of CNC machine equipment group ratio; prove a job change time is a key factor in the decision batch size, operation to replace the shorter the time, smaller quantities can, you can take turns in the batch under the production flow of production process moves toward production status, and thus to a group of efficient production of numerical control equipment; different fault rate conditions on the productivity data were compared to determine the maximum we can accept failure rate. Application of simulation technology on the production system modeling and simulation, can not affect the actual production situation, under different processing conditions were analyzed and compared the information processing, is simple, fast and cheap.
