With economic globalization and the development of social technologies, enterprises are facing increasing competitive pressures. People's demands become more and more diversified. In this market environment, mass production can't meet people's demands. So, the production mode of multiple products with low volume is becoming the dominant of enterprises'production mode. The production of computer embroidery machines a typical production mode of multiple products with low volume. Driven by the textile industry, Computer Embroidery Machine industry has developed rapidly in recent years. Shortening the delivery time and reducing costs are the main direction for business. So that enterprise can win in the competition. This paper is in the background of the mode of production organization of North Phoenix computer embroidery machine. And then design a better production for multiple products with low volume.Based on the collection, classification and analysis of the documents and data, this article firstly studies the production management status of North Phoenix to find problems in production management. For the problems identified, comprehensive theory of TOC, Lean Production and other advanced production management theory, production planning systems, organization of production processes and materials, and other aspects of planning and control are improved. After the implementation of the program, the lead time of new models have been shortened 8 days and lead time of models which on producing have been also shortened 5 days. At the same time, inventory costs have been reduced accordingly.Though, in this article, the production of North Phoenix's studied only, while it can be delivered to production of other enterprises. It makes important contributions to enhance the computer embroidery machine industry's management level.
