After the implementation of the program, the lead time of new models have been shortened 8 days and lead time of models which on producing have been also shortened 5 days. At the same time, inventory costs have been reduced accordingly.Though, in this article, the production of North Phoenix's studied only, while it can be delivered to production of other enterprises. It makes important contributions to enhance the computer embroidery machine industry's management level.
