The Research Of Development Civil Aircraft Leasing

The aircraft lease in this article refers to the large civil aircraft or cargo aircraft for the underlying assets of the lease. Aircraft leasing is an important means for airlines to introduce the aircraft. China's aircraft leasing business has an experience of more than 20 years, but still in its infancy. In February 2007, China Banking Regulatory Commission issued a revised "Financial Leasing Company Management Rules". Meanwhile, the large civil aircraft development was officially classified as the national strategy. With the domestic aviation industry and capital leasing industry usher in a new era, the domestic civil aircraft leasing industry is also faced with unprecedented opportunities for development.Based on the functions and positioning of aircraft lease and a review of the history and status quo of the development of domestic aircraft leasing industry, this paper summarized the industrial development problems and thus analyzed the aircraft leasing industry in Europe, the United States and Japan for the developmental dynamics using the theories of financial lease, tax planning, etc. In the context of the developmental experience of the aircraft leasing in foreign countries, this paper made a strategic analysis of the future development of domestic aircraft leasing industry from the perspectives of industrial subject, management system and industrial organization, while exploring the issue of Shanghai Aircraft Leasing Center by SWOT model, with strong theoretical and practical significance. Finally, after theoretical analysis and empirical research, this paper put forward policy recommendations of improving institutional environment and financing conditions, industrial joint development, building Shanghai aircraft leasing center, to promote the development of China's civil aircraft financial leasing industry.
