With the economic growth of China step by step, the local customer's needs being diversified, the Company's operation Model must be changed to adapt it. Based on the condition, the Company not only meets the various needs of the products and services, but also keeps the company profit growth gradually. This thesis introduced the basic definition of customize marketing & operation interface first, then analyzed the problem which existed in the interface of marketing and operation of the Shanghai BN Company's marketing & operation by special cause and effect ways. Finally, the author gave a solution to the problem of the Shanghai BN company. Based on the author working experiences and what he learning the MBA knowledge, delivers the solution to the certain company, it is benefit the company transfer the disadvantage into advantage, re-obtain the core competence to market, and find the new profit growth point.
