Science and technology has developed and changed rapidly in today’s world, also innovation has already become the pulse of the development of the times. The innovation team who is multidisciplinary, integrated and interdisciplinary is gradually becoming the important carrier and the backbone of innovation-oriented country which is implementing the strategy of innovation and development. Researching for the complex system structure of innovation team in-depth, exploring the operation laws of various elements, building the operating mechanism of innovation team interface, are the needs of theory research and management practice development for innovation team. In the view, this paper mainly carried out the research on five aspects, which is based on the comprehensive and thorough exploration of the inherent law and the construction of innovation team.The structure of the complex system of innovation team is analyzed from a brand new perspective (Interface Management), and the concept of interface, management interface, nature and types of the innovation team are defined and analyzed. By the combination with intrinsic properties of the subject and object elements of the innovation team management interface, the structure diagram of the system is analyzed. Then under the guidance of "HeXie management theory" put forward by Professor Xi Youmin, various types of all interfaces formed by the nonlinear interaction of subject and object elements have been effectively classified on the abstraction as "human and human", "human and object" and "object and object". After the classification the interfaces have been integrated into three interface systems and two mechanisms, and based on the construction of innovation team complex system structure diagram, the paper explains the features of the system in detail which contains active adaptability, emergence, self-organization and diversity.The adaptive learning mechanism of complex system of innovation team is studied. The adaptive development of innovation team is realized in the interaction with the environment, and the members of the team are the activity subject with adaptive ability, so the adaptive learning is the driving force and foundation of system evolution. The learning process of single agent is completed through four stages of information perception and recognition, information classification, credit assignment, intelligent decision. The emergence of new rules in the subject of cognition and information processing is innovation process. Then the three ways of multi-agent learning contains distributed and centralized, hybrid are introduced. Through adaptive learning and constantly improvement of each member own, the emergence of a more macro level that is learning ability of innovation team is appeared, meanwhile, emerging in the process of the realization of the low layer to the top of the evolution. Finally, the adaptive learning mechanism is derived from the complex system of innovation team.In order to solve the problem of resource allocation about human, financial, material, knowledge, technology and other resources in the innovation team, the complex operation mechanism of the interface system is explored, and the model of the integrated optimization model is constructed. Firstly the concepts of innovation team resources, resource allocation, resource allocation interface are defined. Then innovation team resources interface system operation mechanism model is given and the identification of four kinds of interface sub-systems is identification on the ideology of complex system. Finally using fuzzy wings from the perspective of ANP weighting matrix method to generate new and intuitionistic fuzzy DEMATEL method to construct the decision model of optimization and integration of various interfaces, and the rationality of the model is verified by an example. At last the practical application of the model is analyzed and discussed.In order to solve the problem of interface system formed by the member’s interaction, the inherent characteristics of the interface are explored. The autonomous management system contains three sub-systems which are cultural construction, team motivation and management system, and the share and communication system contains information sharing, communication and conflict management. Then the concept of interface fusion degree has been put forward. Then the method that can take into account the complexity and uncertainty based on cloud model DEMATEL method is used to calculate the interface index weight, and the model based on intuitionistic fuzzy multiple attribute group decision making for calculation the interface of two kinds of interface system integration.Finally, a case is selected to validate the model, and the optimization management of the two kinds of interface system is analyzed and discussed.To effectively integrate innovation team of complex system, based on the basic theory of mechanism of collaborative and emerging, the general idea of the collaborative management is constructed from three dimensions of content, main body and level. The innovation team synergy mechanism system is comprised by the formation mechanism, operating mechanism and evolution mechanism. At last, the paper constructs the model of the system coordination degree measurement based on entropy weight method, and selects a real case to verify the model.This paper analyzes the complex system of innovation team from the perspective of interface management, and further explores the mechanism of adaptive learning, the operation mechanism of the three interface system and the mechanism of cooperative management. Completion of this thesis not only opens up a new perspective to the research about the operation mechanism of team innovation, but also proposes the optimization integration and decision theory and model based on interface management. So the thesis has theory innovation, method innovation and innovation of method application.
