The Building Up Of Construction Supervisory Information System Based On Knowledge Management

Today, with the rapid development of information technology, the environment for the development of supervision enterprises has been changed profoundly. Only having adapted to this change, can supervision companies have space for the survival and development. Enterprise informatization and enterprise innovation ability will be the key links to adapt to challenges in new century. Information is a key element to determine the success or failure of the supervision companies'management, supervision companies must build up the information systems that adapt to the characteristics of this industry and expedite the process of supervision companies'informational construction. The main profit point for supervision enterprise is that the supervisory staffs provide good service to users with their professional knowledge, so supervision is a kind of knowledge-based work, and the core of the management of supervision enterprise is how to achieve the knowledge diffusion, knowledge transformation and knowledge support within the company, in order to create a good working condition for supervisors and play their expert roles sufficiently, which is the core competitiveness of construction supervision enterprises.This paper which is on the basis of the informational construction of the Jike Company and the application of knowledge management theory and principle, analyzes the operating laws and management characteristics of the construction supervision companies, puts forward the architecture of the construction supervision information system based on knowledge management. The architecture's characteristics are establishing the trigger mechanism between knowledge base and work task, changing the passive query of knowledge into the active pushing of knowledge, realizing the collaboration of the task of supervision and the sharing of the information and knowledge, and providing the comprehensive support for supervisory task.
