With the increasing requirements of the quality of life, the use of plastic flexible packaging is not confined in commodity protection and convenient transport. More and more consumers not only require the packaging materials safe and reliable, but anticipate them to be novel design and visually appealing. At the present stage, the high-performance and multi-functional plastic flexible packaging materials become a hot spot. China's packaging industry grew stronger in the tide of reform and opening up, and plastic flexible packaging industry has become one of the most booming fields in China's plastics industry. Despite the rapid development, China's soft plastic industry still exists a big gap between foreign. Internationally, with the development of food industry and the increase of people's environmental awareness, packaging materials with characteristic of diversification of varieties, high-barrier (oxygen resistance, moisture resistance), functionality and environmentally-friendly receive increasing attention of consumers. At the same time, development of green packaging is the needs of current situation and packaging development. Green Packaging means not only the "green" condition of biodegradation, easy-recycling and easy reuse of packaging materials, but the greening of manufacturing processes of packaging materials and the reduction of organic solvent impact on the environment.In this paper, after analyzing the Four-Dimensional BaoNuo through internal resources, production capacity, equipment, technology, business management, new product development and enterprise development direction, the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of the enterprise are summed up and the market positioning of the product is identified. According to the overall development goals of Four-Dimensional enterprise, with the support of the concept of ecosystem management and business growth mode, the company's marketing strategy aims and objectives are put forward, and the step-by-step transformation goals of the project renovation are set down. In this paper, it makes further confirmation combined with the cases that the process of greening plays an important role in promoting the development of soft plastic business.
