The Research Of The Motivation System Of Enterprise Green Technological Innovation

With china's economic developing very fast, In the prevailing set-up of technology and customers'preference, environment and resources questions are getting worse day by day. The solution to those questions lies in vigorously promoting and adopting green technology.This paper start with the significance of selected topic and definite related concepts, study the stage of development,barrier,driving force of Enterprise Green Technological Innovation, analyze all kinds of pattern of encouragement and try to construct an improved incentive mechanism for Enterprise Green Technological Innovation. Next, the paper discusses diverse effects of various incentives in detail through combining with home and abroad. In the end, this paper point out the flaws of the article and give the outlook of the study of the Motivation System of Enterprise Green Technological Innovation, which base on summing up outcome of the study.This paper has some contributions on consummating the Motivation System of Enterprise Green Technological Innovation. First of all, this article divides green technology innovation into passive,conditionally active and completely active three stages of development according to the status of green technology innovation of domestic and foreign enterprises, which is decided by the costs and benefits of green technology innovation. As a conclusion, most of china's enterprises stay at the first two stages of development, and western countries'enterprises stay at the latter two phases as a whole. Then, this paper uses stakeholder theory,externality,public goods. consumer preferences theory and game theory models, to analysis different incentives and motivated pathways from four aspect such as property right,market,government and interior and as a basis for building up a better Motivation System of Enterprise Green Technological Innovation. Finally, this paper apply the Motivation System of Enterprise Green Technological Innovation to two cases-Shuanghui and Toyota to study, and conclude that different incentives and incentive intensity should be adopted to aim at special objective and the size of Pareto-improving range of green technological innovation.Based on the results above, the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve technological innovation incentive effects of government.
