The Research Of Chinese Family Business Governing Mode Based On The Economic Globalization

Family business as one of the most ancient forms of enterprise occupies an important position in the economic development of many countries. With the development of economic globalization, many large-scale family enterprises continue to develop and grow into large-scale multinational companies. Since the reform and opening up more than 30 years, ethnic Chinese family enterprises in the development of national economy also have played an important role in promoting the family business to increase social wealth, raise taxes, promote economic growth, promote employment contributed to the role played has become China's socialist market economy, an important part.This paper reviews the studies about corporate governance of family business, gives a comprehensive description of the essential characteristics of family business starting from its'definition, and focuses on the choice theory of Chinese Family business governance under the context of economic globalization, According to the relevant survey data of the National Family Business, the corporate governance model of family business and the evolution of structural features of family enterprises in China empirical was analyzed, there exists deficiencies in areas such as governance model within the family business. Finally, This thesis also using survey data related to the central province of family enterprise governance and business performs an empirical analysis of the relationship. Overall, the majority of our family business to the existence of small and medium enterprises form, governance structure is not sufficiently, standardized limited its own development. Family business operations to achieve better development, still need to choose the more appropriate model of governance to break the bottleneck of its own, so as to adapt to foreign and aboard competition.
