June2007,Chongqing and Chengdu, became the first national urban and rural comprehensivereform pilot area. How to solve the rural issues has become the focus of its work.Looking for scientific land transfer mode, to protect the interests of farmers, to achievemaximize land utilization is a key issue in Chongqing urban and rural comprehensivereform.In this paper, after describing the major Rural Land mode in Chongqing, I took acombination of qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, to compare the major landtransfer experiences, then get results, and verified by Kai County case. A relatively highdegree of market patterns can lead to better effect, the market trend is the inevitablechoice of rural land patterns. At the same time, the successful implementation of ruralland must rely on sound mechanism. Therefore, this paper constructs the appropriatesafeguards in Chongqing.In short, the study of rural land transfer model in Chongqing can solve the problemof land scattered. It is important to realize agricultural modernization, and to promoteurban-rural integration. At the same time, the research can make a good effect on otherplaces in China.
