Family enterprises in China will usher in large-scale "generation tide".Successful succession in family firms is critical, but the intergenerational succession in family business has not been solved, the main difficulty of the family business is facing in the future development. Intergenerational succession in family business is facing a new challenge with the continuous development of new economy form.To solve the problem of intergenerational inheritance of family enterprises is of strategic significance for the sound development of family enterprises.How to achieve the smooth transition of family enterprise in the new economic situation and take what kind of inheritance pattern are the urgent needs for the current family business faced. This paper studies the transmission mode of family enterprise under the new economic form, in order to provide advice and theoretical guidance for family enterprises in the new economic situation to choose the mode of inheritance.The first part: Including the second chapter, the third chapter.This part contrasted the mode of intergenerational succession in family business between traditional format and new economy form. The main problems of family business succession in China can be summarized six aspects. The inheritance pattern is too unitary; business owners with rights would not power to the successor; successor lack of exercise, lack of capacity; occupation manager market is not perfect; enterprises lack systematic succession plan; enterprises lack of unified evaluation standard for the successor.Then we introduced the family business succession pattern in USA, Europe, Japan and their features and found that the Japanese family business succession mode that "external personnel inside" is a good reference.The second part: Including the fouth chapter. We selected three indices of intergenerational transmission of effect evaluation, five factors effect on the inter generational succession on the basis of empirical research, and discuss the correlation between the five factors and the inheritance effect with multiple regression analysis method. We found that making a succession plan and successors ability have the biggest effect on inheritance.The third part: Including the fifth chapter. This part studied the classic case that adopted Father Son mode or professional manager mode. Then it deeply analyzed The Lee Kum Kee and New Hope two enterprises with the the results of fourth chapter. It is found that making a special attention to succession planning and training for children ability.In addition, "Consultant team" adopted by the new hope group is a good reference.Finally, we provided suggestions for model selection of family business succession and specific measureswe. The innovation of the research: Establishment of the evaluation system of family business succession effect under the new economic situation,Choose enterprise innovation ability as the index of evaluation.Put forward the "father and son + professional manager + team help" mode.
