Ship manufacturing industry is an important manifestation of a country's economic and technological strength. If our country becomes the world shipbuilding power country, how to improve shipbuilding productivity has become a key issue that must be addressed.There are a lot of factors that affect a lot of shipbuilding productivity. During hull blocks production process, planning and scheduling of the feasibility and timeliness of difference is one of the important reasons that affect the efficiency of ship construction.In this paper, Guangzhou yellow boat for an object to study. In its production process in the sub-hull, production scheduling can be divided into two, the first floor level of the Ministry for the manufacture of production scheduling can also be called the sub-production projects; second tier district level job-shop scheduling, that is, parts manufacture. In our country these two levels of scheduling are carried out by different departments prepared. Due to the preparation of the course of poor communication between departments, plans can only lower the upper processing and production of a simple order to guide, not timely, accurately reflected in specific parts of the processing sequence, thereby reducing the guiding role of the plan, resulting in low productivity, manufacturing cycle variable-length, job control is more difficult, which becomes increasing production levels of shipbuilding important constraint.Based on modern shipbuilding mode, in order to solve the above-mentioned production scheduling and shop floor scheduling is not random in time and so on, the parper constructs a two-tier model for production scheduling. Essentially it is up shop scheduling system integrated production planning system to make the scheme an organic fusion module and scheduling module as a whole; and also proposed an improved adaptive genetic algorithm to improve the efficiency of this scheduling model; in theoretical research based on the use of Rational Unified Process (Rational Unified Process, RUP) as a software development methodology, using UML visual modeling carried out system development process, and in the shipbuilding project management configuration platform developed prototype system.Two-tier production scheduling system under modern shipbuilding mode can effectively improve the ship production efficiency, reduce production costs, which has important practical significance for enhancing the core competitiveness of shipbuilding industry, shipbuilding powers made from a shipbuilding power shift. For aircraft, bridges and other large, heavy-duty product's manufacturing process, it also has a referential significance, and has a good application prospect.
