Relations Studies On Perfecting The Town Function And Sustainable Development For The Tertiary Industry In The Less Developed Area In Chongqing

In the process of modernization in industrialized countries,urbanization is a reflection of social change and objective laws. China is not an exception. Recently, urbanization has become a focus topic of the whole country. Promoting and accelerating urbanization, changing the rural surplus labor and excessive agricultural population into urban population is one of the important measures to solve China's "three rural". A large number of rural populations changing urban population give new requirements to urban development. Improving the function of the town is particularly important. The ability to absorb employment grows fast. A lot of areas, especially in less developed areas, having good relationship between urbanization and tertiary industry is an important part to promote urban-rural integration.From the aspect of urban economics, development economics, sociology, regional economics, aiming at less developed areas of Chongqing as the research object, this paper using how to improve the urban functions and the sustainable development of the tertiary industry as the main line, analyse the underdeveloped status of less developed area in Chongqing, and how to better develop the tertiary industry, puts forward measures to achieve urban and rural development and to promote the comprehensively well-off society.This thesis contains six chapters: Chapter 1 There are introduction, background and significance of the research, purpose and content, methods and technical routes, as well as domestic and foreign research situation analysis. in Chapter 2, there are outlined theory, the main set of general urbanization, theory of the tertiary industry of discourses on sustainable development; Chapter 3 it is about Chongqing Urban-featured in less developed areas of sustainable development law and the tertiary industry of theoretical modeling, introduces the underdeveloped areas of Chongqing urbanization status of each index, for cities and towns functional integration and sustainable development of the tertiary industry point; Chapter 4, underdeveloped areas of Chongqing Municipality and the urban functional interaction between the tertiary industry of sustainable development is the thesis of the highlights; Chapter 5 Coordination between less developed cities and towns in Chongqing and sustainable development of the tertiary industry policy recommendations focuses on strengthening the development of the tertiary industry at all levels of macro-guidance; Chapter 6 Conclusion and outlook of the full study, it also summarizes and presents the shortcomings of the study and the need for improvement direction.
