An Interactive Analysis Between Urbanization And Tertiary Industry Development In Hebei Province

With the advancement of urbanization,the tertiary industry will become an important force to promote the development of urbanization.Hebei Province borders on the Bohai Sea in the east and Beijing and Tianjin in the inner ring.The geographical location is unique.Conducting research between urbanization and the tertiary industry will not only help Hebei province to accurately grasp its own development direction,but also determine the interactive effect of the two in the province.At the same time,the paper chooses multi-index and single-indicator analysis methods to deeply analyze the development trend of urbanization and tertiary industry in Hebei Province from both vertical and horizontal dimensions,and further determines the interaction between urbanization and tertiary industry through cointegration test.After research,it was found that the urbanization rate in Hebei Province increased from38% in 2005 to 51% in 2015,the growth rate reached 34.2%,and the growth trend was stable;the change in the ratio of value added of the tertiary industry to the regional GDP was not stable,but the overall situation is on a rising trend.The proportion increased from 33% in2005 to 40% in 2015,with a growth rate of 20.5%.After the test of causality,the urbanization process in Hebei Province affected the development level of the tertiary industry,and the urbanization rate increased by 1 %,will promote the tertiary industry to improve 1.07%.In the central and eastern provinces,the urbanization and tertiary industry development of Hebei Province ranks 18 th.In order to improve the level of urbanization,the investment in infrastructure construction can be increased,the energy should be used more effective and the income gap between urban and rural areas can be narrowed.In order to expand the scale of the tertiary industry,we can increase investment,improve the employment environment,increase the income of workers,increase the proportion of employment,and achieve the simultaneous development of urbanization and the tertiary industry.Among the prefecture-level cities in Hebei Province,Shijiazhuang ranked first in terms of urbanization and tertiary industry development,with a higher degree of coordination between speed and quality than other prefecture-level cities;Tangshan and Qinhuangdao have unbalanced development,The focus should be on expanding the employment scale of the tertiary industry for Tangshan,and Qinhuangdao should pay attention to accelerating the process of population urbanization in order to promote the coordinated development between them;other cities should further analyze their relative advantages and increase investment to form cities.characteristics,lay the foundation for achieving a high level of urbanization and the development of the tertiary industry.
