A Study Of Interaction Development Relations Between The Urbanization And The Tertiary Industry Of Chongqing

The experience in the worldwide indicated that, the industrialization is the direct agent to cause urbanization, when the industrialization develops certain stage time, the tertiary industry will substitute for the industrialization to become the main agent of the urbanization , and the urbanization will also in turn to affects the tertiary industry's developing.At present, Chongqing is in the urbanized acceleration period, to give the tertiary industry a reasonably guides has a great import to raises the Chongqing urbanization level and promotes the urban economy and society's development.This essay reviewed the history and the characteristic of the urbanization and the tertiary industry development. And did some multiple perspectives research on the interaction development relationship between the urbanization and the tertiary industry and it's internal structure in Chongqing. In order to elaborates the interaction development relationship between the urbanization and the tertiary industry and it's internal structure in Chongqing, author did some research by data research, computer simulation simulation, and the theory about interaction development between urbanized and tertiary industry ,then find out the countermeasures to promotes their coordinated development in the final.This eassay consists of six parts.In "introduction", author elaborate the practical significance of this research.Chapter two thiefly explain the meaning of main concepts and target which constitution this research , and do a short narration to the conclusion of correlation research , then lead to this research's region object and the focal point, Finally , the author do a simple introduction to two non-convention numerical analysis assessmentmethods which appears in the essay.Chapter three, author emphatically carried on the analysis to the urbanization present situation in Chongqing, then find out the four characteristics as below : urbanization is in the acceleration period, the region difference, the urbanized in a low quality, the elasticity of non- agriculture to the urbanized is in a low level.In the final of Chapter three, author carried on an exhaustive analysis to its origin.Chapter four, essay emphatically carried on the analysis to the tertiary industry present situation in Chongqing,and point out the three characteristics exist. then, essay make a simple analysis about these characteristics base on industrial structure adjusts, urbanization, economy developing level, industrialization.Chapter five is the focal point of this research. In this section, essay carried on in spatial and time interaction analysis between urbanization and the tertiary industry,specially it's inner structure. Finally, author work out five conclusions as below: the tertiary industry become the leadership power after the industrialization develops certain stage, an obvious interaction relationship between the tertiary industry development quality and the urbanized quality, the urbanized advancement makes tertiary industry's inner structure develop in order, the second level tertiary industry has limited the Chongqing urbanization level.the interaction development relations between the third level tertiary industry and the urbanized going to be enhance.In the chapter six,the author put forward three policy proposals base on the first five parts's research, that is, Strengthens the function metropolis circle center strengthens the city function of Fulin Wanzhou and Qianjiang, Strengthens the macroscopic guidance to the four levels of the tertiary industry.
