Research On Constructing The Cultural System And Monitor System Of University Technology Business Incubator

Incubator was born in the United States in the 1960s, 1990s after the introduction to China's, it is rapid development. After 20 years of development, China has become the world's major powers incubator. It is the direction of many experts and scholars to research how to enhance the competitiveness of incubators and make incubators play a more important role. University technology business incubator is an important part of our incubator system .It is assumed for the integration mission of entire education system's production, teaching, and research. So this paper seeks to study university technology business incubator from the perspective of building cultural system, and hopefully we can improve the overall level of incubators from the whole new perspective for management and practice.Excellent enterprise culture is a huge intangible, pool staff and outstanding business valuable spiritual wealth. In today's world, with the increasingly fierce market competition, enterprises are facing the "sustainable development" a severe test, corporate culture for the production and development of an irreplaceable role in corporate culture with its unique orientation, cohesion, motivation, radiation , constraints, such as the role of regulation has become the core competitiveness of enterprises to maintain a long-term source. There exists the phenomenon of absence of cultural system of university technology business incubator in China. Based on lots of literature, interviewing many enterprises and front-line incubator workers and the author's rich working experience of university technology business incubator, this paper generalizes a complete cultural system of university technology business incubator and also gives detailed analysis and explanations.At the same time, as a supporting system of the cultural system, in view of the problems of absence of research on management and monitor system of the culture of university technology business incubator in China, based on literature studying, interviewing a number of front-line incubator workers and the author's rich working experience of university technology business incubator, this paper generalizes a complete management and monitor system of the culture of university technology business incubator, and also gives detailed analysis and explanations.
