The Research On Function Of China's University Technology Business Incubator To The Self-construction Of University

As to the factors of University Technology Business Incubator that affecting the role of university self-construction, the thesis mainly analyzed the talents, technological innovation factors, cultural factors and the security system factors, and then from the six dimensions of business innovation of college teachers and students, open schools, academic development, technology achievements transformation, combination of industry, school and research, social benefits to describe the mechanism of incubator to promote the self-construction of college.Finally, the paper proposed some suggestions on how to further enhance the role of university incubator on the universities self-building from the university and University Technology Business Incubators two points of view: On the one hand, universities have to enhance the awareness of understanding the development of university technology business incubators, vigorously promote innovation and entrepreneurship education, actively promote the advantages of discipline development, optimization of university support environment, establish a scientific evaluation and assessment mechanisms; on the other hand, University Technology Business Incubators must clear its functional orientation, adhere to the main support of research universities so as to research and innovation, business incubation and hatch of human resources as the basic function, strengthen the function of self-construction of college, to innovation management system and operation mechanism, enhance open communication and cooperation to expand financing channels, we should vigorously strengthen the incubator culture construct, use the maternal cultural background of university, and actively absorb the rational elements of corporate culture of modern market environment, finally to conformation the incubator culture which are compatible with its own characteristics.
