Farmers increase is mainly due to the difficulties of information asymmetry has led to difficulties in the flow of agricultural products. Essentially excluded from the circulation of agricultural products obstacles, promote circulation of innovation and enhancing the effectiveness of the circulation of agricultural products, rural areas need a new distribution organization, the emergence of rural brokers comply with the rural economic development.Rural brokers is in the rural economic activities, in order to charge a commission for the purpose, in order to facilitate others to engage in intermediary transactions, line discipline, brokers and other business of natural persons, legal persons and other economic organizations. In recent years, Chongqing has fast development brokers in rural areas. In May 2006, Chongqing was established in Qijiang first rural brokers associations, government emphasis on rural brokers have greatly improved. As of the end of 2008, Chongqing City, a total of 59,220 various types of for-profit intermediary organizations, households, registered capital (gold) 840 billion, employed 388,000 people. However, there also exist, such as the overall quality of the rural brokers is not high, a low degree of organization, management issues such as risk control capability is weak, and its development can not meet the needs of rural economic development.
