The main problems migrant workers face when effect the insurance are: present urban and rural medical insurance lack pertinence; lack the standards of insurance fee obversion; the service of transferring and continuing insurance need scientization; insufficient policy-propaganda affect the migrant workers to understand the way of insurance-effect; low rate of using the community medical institution affect the migrant workers to enjoy the benefit of urban medical insurance.Considering those problems, should improve in various aspects. Consummate rural and urban medical insurance way according to the characteristics of migrant workers; draw up the obversion standard among different medical insurance ways; build a scientific and unified service platform for the transference and continuation of insurance; strengthen medical propaganda to enhance the insurance-effect; increase the rate of the usage of community medical source to promote migrant workers to enjoy the benefit of urban medical insurance.
