Tresearch On The Attitude Of The Town Worker Endowment Insurance Of Migran Workers

With the development of urbanization construction and improvement of social security system, the endowment insurance of migrant workers has been brought up. So the time when the city achieves from migrant workers but not offers them and enterprise employs migrant workers but not guarantees their benefits has passed. In this article, we combine the social background and propose corresponding solutions based on the present situation of the endowment insurance of migrant workers.It’s well known that migrant workers are the important force for the construction of socialism modernization in China. However, the pension problems of migrant workers are failed to solve. By referring to data, doing question investigation and deep interview, the writer analyzes the demand situation of migrant workers for endowment insurance from three aspects:the cognition, estimate and behavior approach of participating in endowment insurance. The results show that the demand for endowment insurance is influenced by several factors:First, government level, including policy promotion, financial support, government regulation, payment amount and age limit; Second, enterprise level, including enterprise types, the signing of labor contract and the types of employment; Third, the individual, including gender, education level and age. In view of low insurance ratio and the migrant workers’lack of understanding about the endowment insurance policy, the writerprovides some efficient advices from three aspects. government level, corporate level and individual level. Government level includes strengthening the government performance, increasing the support for social insurance, reducing the proportion and amount of endowment insurance appropriately, perfecting the transfer of endowment insurance relation and strengthening government publicity. Corporate level includes improving the awareness of staff’s participation and establishing perfect insurance system. Individual level includes carrying out promotional campaigns and developing migrant workers’ consciousness of rights protection.The main body of this paper consists of five chapters, and describes the research background, design, finding and conclusion. At last, the writer proposes social work intervene strategy and gives some suggestions on improving the situation of migrant workers’ participation in endowment insurance in chapter5through the previous analysis and demonstration.
