Social responsibility is not just that social individual takes personnel responsibility, but also correct recognition of responsibility taken in social public life, and personnel psychological qualities expressed in emotion and behavior. Citizen's social responsibility is a key index to social civilization measurement. There are a lot of researches of social responsibility at home and abroad, but research about social responsibility system is still not enough. Along with prosperous of positive psychology study, social responsibility will be a big subject in psychological research. West scholar mostly study in aspect of individual view of impartiality and social responsibility of social roles, and our scholar mostly study on social responsibility in aspect of psychological process and responsible object, most researches just list phenomenon. On the other hand, corporations are fundamental units of economy, and employees are actual participants for corporate operation. So, there will be theoretical value and realistic meaning in systematic research on employee's social responsibility.This work used document investigation, interview, questionnaire survey and exploratory elements analysis etc methods to discuss our corporation employees'social responsibility structure dimension, and to do confirmatory elements analysis on three dimensional structure proposed by our institute. This work used aggression analysis to discuss each dimensions of social responsibility and relationship between relevant variables, used variance analysis to discuss social responsibility differences on demography variable. The result showed that:1) Our corporation employee social responsibility structure dimension includes three aspects as recognition, emotion and social responsibility behavior intention;2) Each dimension of social responsibility structure is notable different because of different on sex, marriage status, education history and occupation level, but not because of working area.3) There is obvious relationship between social responsibility and success motivation, self-efficacy, behavior self-control. The more social responsibility, the more success motivation and self-efficacy, the more obvious behavior self-control.4)Through interview study, verify the findings. Also explains this study employees social responsible analysis has certain applicability basically reflect employees social heart true situation. Summary, empirical study obtained clear findings certain extent filled employees social responsibility this research field blank. Follow research should focus social responsibility factors studies to further depth cultivate social responsible effective methods and means improve personnel training quality.
