Corporate social responsibility is defined by scholars as a series of independent activities carried out by enterprises to promote positive social change, which go beyond the direct interests of the company or comply with the law.It realizes the charity, love and care for the society, nature, customers, organization members and other stakeholders.Corporate social responsibility(CSR)performance is the performance of external stakeholders(customers, communities and environment)and internal stakeholders(employees, shareholders)in the process of corporate social responsibility(CSR),which has become the focus of theoretical and practical circles. At present,in the era of innovation driven development, many enterprises have taken corporate social responsibility performance and responsible innovation as the key elements of high-quality development of enterprises.Existing theories and practices have confirmed that corporate social responsibility performance has an impact on employees' positive attitude and behavior, and there is a correlation between corporate social responsibility performance and employees' innovative behavior. However, most of the existing studies focus on the internal or external consequences of single social responsibility, and the mechanism between them is not clear. From the existing research results, scholars often use social exchange theory and social identity theory to study corporate social responsibility. With the progress of the times,it has become the sustainable development way for modern enterprises to give back to the society in a moral way and obtain the corresponding wealth by serving the society. Therefore,it will become a new theoretical research direction to explore the influence mechanism of corporate social responsibility performance on employee innovation behavior from the perspective of ethics. The innovation behavior of employees is a kind of iteration or continuation of the current situation of the enterprise, and is a kind of positive response behavior to the actual existence of the enterprise.Under the background of practicing core values and innovation-driven development, innovation behavior,as a kind of professional ethics behavior,is being advocated by the society. From the perspective of moral judgment and from the perspective of employees' perception to CSR performance, this study applies the relevant theoretical knowledge of Psychology,Management,Ethics and Organizational Behavior,to explore the relationship between CSR performance and employee Innovation Behavior, and to explore the intermediary mechanism and boundary conditions of CSR performance on employee Innovation Behavior,so as to construct a Chinese organizational moral context,a theoretical model of employee's perceived CSR performance on employee's innovation behavior is proposed to explore how organizational moral context affects employee's innovation behavior. This study argues that corporate social responsibility performance shows the organization's attitude towards internal and external stakeholders, reflects the organization's moral situation, and forms the organization's moral norms.Employees' perception of corporate social responsibility performance is a process of responding to the emotion and cognition of organizational ethics.Perception causes the fluctuation of moral emotion and cognition, and then promotes the occurrence of employees' innovative "dedication" moral behavior. Therefore, based on social information processing theory, social identity theory and dual processing theory of moral judgment, this study uses individual interviews, constitutional experiments, field research and other methods. This paper attempts to explain the relationship between corporate social responsibility performance and employee innovation behavior, and the role of moral emotion, values identification and ethical leadership. The research mainly includes three aspects: the first is the impact of internal and external corporate social responsibility performance on employees' innovative behavior;the second is to explore the mediating role of emotional level of moral emotion and moral cognitive level of values identification in the process of corporate social responsibility performance affecting innovative behavior. The third is the moderating role of ethical leadership between corporate social responsibility and employee innovation behavior. The results are as follows:First, corporate social responsibility performance has a significant positive effect on employee innovative behavior, and both internal and external social responsibility performance positively predict employee innovation behavior.Secondly, internal external social responsibility performance has an interactive effect on employees' innovative behavior;compared with low internal social responsibility performance, when internal social responsibility performance is high, external social responsibility performance has a stronger promoting effect on employees' innovative behavior;compared with low external social responsibility performance, when external social responsibility performance is high, internal social responsibility performance has a stronger promoting effect on employees' innovative behavior It is found that the performance of internal and external social responsibility has a stronger effect on individual innovation willingness than the performance of internal or external social responsibility alone.Thirdly, moral emotion and values identification have a positive mediating effect on corporate social responsibility and employee innovation behavior.Specifically, the performance of corporate social responsibility can bring the moral emotion of employees to a certain extent, and then promote the occurrence of innovative behavior;similarly, the performance of corporate social responsibility can enhance the recognition of employees' values to a certain extent, and then promote the occurrence of innovative behavior.Compared with internal social responsibility, moral emotion and values identification play a stronger mediating role between external social responsibility and innovative behavior.Fourth, ethical leadership moderates the relationship between values identification and moral emotion on employees' innovative behavior;and ethical leadership positively moderates corporate social responsibility performance through the mediating effect of moral emotion or values identification on employees' innovative behavior. That is to say, when the ethical leadership of employees is prominent, the employees with high moral emotion or high values identification have stronger influence on corporate social responsibility and employee innovation behavior. The innovation of this study can be summarized as the following three points:first, internal and external social responsibility is regarded as a whole, and treated separately, revealing the impact of internal and external social responsibility performance on employees' innovation behavior, and further exploring the interaction of internal and external social responsibility, comparing the performance of internal and external social responsibility with that of internal or external social responsibility alone The effect of corporate social responsibility performance on individual innovation behavior is helpful to improve the mechanism of corporate social responsibility performance on individual behavior at the micro level.Second, from the new perspective of dual processing theory of moral judgment, this paper selects moral emotion at the emotional level and values identification at the moral cognitive level as parallel mediating variables to explain the mediating effect and process, compares the effect of internal and external social responsibility performance on employees' innovation behavior through mediating, and compares the effect of social responsibility performance on employees' innovation behavior at the emotional and cognitive levels The mechanism of innovation behavior further deepens people's understanding of the mechanism of corporate social responsibility performance.Thirdly, from the two different roles of the organization identity representative and the employee identity representative of ethical leadership, the moderating effect of ethical leadership between corporate social responsibility performance and employee innovation behavior is verified, which enriches the connotation and direction of the research on the leadership role in the field of moral environment organizational behavior.
