It is very important and necessary to expand countryside market.The base of this thesis is logistics distribution theory, Third-Party logistics, logistics information, and reverses logistics. It thinks about the fact of countryside in Chengdu, with theoretic analysis and research of circulation domain of countryside market in Chengdu, to establish countryside logistics distribution system. It contains information platform.This thesis analyses the character of countryside logistics distribution by analyzing the character of household appliance and countryside market and points the importance of building reverse logistics. Fourth, here are three models about future household appliances distribution: self-logistics, outsourcing logistics, self+outsourcing logistics under current development in countryside. The outsourcing logistics model which is not a major logistics operation in short-term, but as the prosperity of the countryside market, it will become the main logistics distribution model eventually.
