With the rapid development of information network and complex market economy,distribution logistics has become an important means of competition in the market environment. system to enhance overall operational capacity and strengthen market competitiveness. Tianding chemical company’s main products are fertilizer. It’s distribution logistics, whose cost is incurred 90. 1% in logistics and distribution sectors,has been the bottleneck of the company’s profitability and development. In this paper,Tianding chemical company marketing logistics system is designed, which will reduce the company’s logistics cost, and accelerate market response.First of all, it reviews the results of the domestic and foreign scholars’ research in distribution logistics theory, model and application which leading a theoretical foundation for the following research.Secondly, combined the basic information of Tianding Chemical Company, the article particularly describes the the present situation of the company’s distribution logistics from multiple perspectives and deeply analyzes its major problems, leading a reality basis for the following research.Thirdly, the company’s distribution logistics system is optimized based its own problems of distribution logistics, focusing on the warehousing inventory planning,distribution logistics model and path planning, the construction of distribution information platform.Finally, it investigates the support of a variety of resources to protect the designed plan of Tianding chemical company’s distribution logistics system to successfully implement.The study expects to provide a reference for the optimization and development of Tianding chemical companies and other fertilizer business distribution logistics system.
