Technical Application And Research Of Cleaner Production Auditing In The Pharmaceutical Industry Of Traditional Chinese Medicine

With the continuous improvement of China's international status and economic advance, China's economic growth mode has translated from extensive to intensive economic growth. Completion of the coordinated development of economy and the environment has become a serious problem, but how to change the growth mode and how to coordinate the development of environment when attaching importance to the economic growth? The Cleaner production provides the solutions to the problems mentioned above and provides an effective route as well as the developed direction. Clean production, not healthy production, is a series of technology management processes including from raw material selection, energy consumption, production technology, production conditions, product sales to services, so that realize the achievement to clear up the pollution in its productive step and reduce consumption in production process, then can change the current status of treatment after pollution, and fundamentally to realize the economic and environmental coordinated development.By investigating the pharmaceutical enterprises, specially the ones with the Chinese traditional medicine characteristics, it is known that most Traditional Chinese Medicine Companies cannot yet fully realize the benefits that clean production brings to the enterprises, and the companies even misunderstands that clean production is a task and a kind of no return of investment, which can only brings extra burden. This paper, introduces the theory of clean production, and its contents, characteristics, audits of the enterprise, and the great significance to the enterprises, that is, economic benefit and long-term development to the enterprises. This paper, based on the economic accounting for supporting the Shaanxi pharmaceutical as an example, fully introduces the actual benefit that clean production brings to enterprises, and takes the clean production audits as the important measures of clean production, and systematically analysis the pollution source of West Pharmaceutical. The author focuses on pollution assessment, makes 32 Options of clean production in the paper. We are expected that the implementation of these programs will cost 183,960 yuan per year, meanwhile 8,960 tons water can be saved, power84,800 kWh/year, raw materials 422kg/year, sewage discharge 5,136 tons/year as well. These figures show that the necessity of carrying on the clean production audits in the field of TCM, and provides the new ideas to reduce pollution for enterprise development.
