Being as the new and pollution source control model and creative idea, Cleaner Production (CP) is widely employed in the domestic and overseas. Cleaner Production Auditing (CPA), with the analysis and evaluation of production activities in enterprises, is a central idea of CP. Its aim is to find out the places in production that do not meet the needs of CP in enterprises, and discern the chance of CP, and therefore search for solutions to solve the problem, in order to realize decreasing pollution and increasing efficiency.Currently CP has become one of the hottest environmental pollution father management in the domestic and overseas, it emphasizes pollution fountain control or whole process of production activities. CP, with the precondition and essence of Cycle Economy, is great trend of environmental pollution father management in the now and future.The research methods used in this thesis is based on referring to a great deal of literature and datum, and collecting and investigation and research CP experimental project DBA cement plant. It is focused on CPA Model, and does a detailed description of CPA at DBA cement plant by putting to use CP theories, and cleaner production scenarios are brought forward and carried out. CP will be the right strategies for the plant to meet with those environmental and social challenges due to their comprehensive environmental considerations. At last, this thesis summarizes many the relevant experiences and lessons which can be referred by other companies.Through CPA, environmental and economic benefit is achieved in enterprise. CPA projects analysis show that management level of enterprise affect CP lever greatly, and production technological process reform and waste recycle are important measures to realize CP.This thesis applies strategy management and project management and production operation for research.
