In a globalized economy environment, when the government has taken measures to address the financial crisis and this impact on the real economy, the corporate reputation became more important than the past few decades. Corporate reputation problems caused by businesses and industries are more likely to attract anger and penalty by legislative bodies, regulatory agencies and the public. In recent years, intangible assets become more and more important. Intangible assets play a crucial role in the creating trade entrance barriers, building customer loyalty, as well as to enhance the competitive advantage. The creation and development of intangible assets can allow companies to drive the market rather than being market-driven. Many scholars, consultants and practitioners have pointed out that corporate reputation as an intangible asset can take sustainable profitable for enterprises.With economic development, China's telecom industry become one of the fastest growing and most dynamic industries in the world, with the telecommunications reform and reorganization, the domestic telecommunications industry formed China Unicom, China Mobile, China Telecom, the coexistence of the three operators. The telecommunications corporate are facing new development opportunities and also severe challenges. This change will also allow consumers to shift from no choice to optional diversity. However, due to the scarcity of time, and corporate services getting more similar, when the people choose services, corporate reputation has become an important standard.Taking an overview of research achievements at home and abroad, scholars from different angles research corporate reputation in different angles. But the factors affecting the telecommunications company's reputation has not yet formed a unified view, empirical study of factors affecting are less. In this study, start from the enterprise's reputation, through the literature review summarized of previous studies, combined with the special nature of telecommunications enterprises, summarized the affecting factors of the reputation for telecommunications enterprises, and carried out empirical research, using reliability and validity analysis, factor analysis etc. to analyze the research result, in order to demonstrate relationship between the impact factors of telecommunication corporate reputation and corporate reputation. And also provide some valuable suggestions on construction and maintenance of corporate reputation.
