In the financial and e-commerce, with the interoperability between enterprises more and more widely, business interaction is a series of information transmission, within stateful, long-running interactions involving two or more parties. In this situation, a formal description of the message exchange protocols used by business processes in their interactions is needed. BPEL4WS(Business Process Execution Language for Web Service) provides a perfect support for this situation:observable behavior must clearly be described in a platform independent manner and captures behavioral aspects that may have cross enterprise business significance. BPEL4WS is based on Web Service technology to respond to e-commerce environment with heterogeneous, loosely coupled and self-service features. In this paper, a BPEL4WS Compiler applied to mobile electronic business field is introduced according the current situation that Web Service has not widely used in this filed. And the compiler can be used in a workflow engine to process and schedule mobile business processes. The paper studies on the BPEL4WS and bring up 7 extension strategies on external variables, Xpath 2.0, faultHandling, message headers and some of the activities in BPEL and etc. As a result, a BPEL compiler was designed and implemented at last supporting these extension strategies. Finally, a common mobile payment process is implemented in BPEL and deployed on a workflow engine, which contains the compiler as its one of the most important components. So BPEL technology is applied to mobile electronic business field.
