Mobile Wallet is a personal mobile financial service system, which is launched by Beijing UMPAY Company for mobile payment services. Mobile payment processing system as its core operational support system is mainly to deal with the user's transaction request and interact with China Mobile, Banking, Union Pay, businesses and other external systems. In recent years, with the rapid growth of personal finance service from mobile phone, the relevant business processes and new products have been continuously updated. Mobile payment processing system as the core system of Mobile Wallet requires a timely manner to meet the business transformation and integration, and thus be able to respond the market changes and improve competitiveness. However, the existing business processing system adopts tightly coupled processing mode, which is not conducive to expansion, maintenance and testing of the system, and increases the difficulty of business processes' transformation and new products' development. How to make motion payment processing system based on internal and external changes within the enterprise to rapidly integrate business processes is an urgent need to solve the problem in the system transformation process.Firstly, it analyzes the status and problems of the existing mobile payment system in Beijing UMPAY Company, and clearly illustrates the need for the design of BPEL-based mobile payment system. Based on it, the functions of mobile payment system are analyzed, and the mainly processes of mobile payment, digit point-card purchase and e-mail payment are discussed. Then a design about the overall framework of mobile payment processing system, payment management and other core subsystem is performed, which focuses on business process modeling and planning of BPEL in the mobile payment services for business processing, transaction management, user management and monitor alarm subsystem, in order to achieve system flexibility and scalability of the application results. Finally, the application of the BPEL technology in the motion payment system is prospected.
