| Telecommunications industry has always been considered the vital areas of people's livelihood, with the latest round of restructuring of telecommunications operators, the competitive landscape of the Chinese telecom market clearly at last. Under the strategic pressure of full-service operation, how to change the management, how to enhance operational efficiency, build capacity for sustainable development strategies become the key issue. And project management can realized effective accumulation of resources for efficient cross-sector collaboration to quickly resolve the key issues in the company's operations. This paper combines the domestic and international project management theory of project communication, with the practice of project management communication, particularly by Shenzhen Telecom project management, put forward five proposals to enhance the the level of company operations managementThe main contents of this paper:Study the effective identification of the project stakeholders at different stages of project, at implementation stage and phase of the project, respectively. Analyze the necessary conditions and process to establish the project communication system, put forward the way to establish the theory and methods of project communication management step by step. Establish the standard communication schedule is the basis of the project communication system. Communication quality and cost control are also required, so starting from the key elements that effects the quality of communication, the paper does the detailed study of the quality control and cost control measures of communication. Appointment of project managers is especially critical for project management, project communication management in particular. In this paper, the necessary quality and ability of project managers and expand the role of communication management are discussed. |
