This article is a study on the relationship among the psychological contract violation, the perceived organizational support and the job well-being under the background of downsizing.Based on the research of the predecessors,I established a model of concept and the resumes were made to the relationship among them.I designed a questionnaire and through a survey of 294 tested subjects in 66 enterprises,I got the basic data for demonstration study and tested by the method of regression analysis.The results of this study are:Under the background of downsizing,(1) The psychological contract violation will low down the job well-being(2) The perceived organizational support is the intervening variable between thepsychological contract violation and the job well-beingThe conlusions would not only make up for the study on the job well-being inland,but also enrich somewhere in the theories of the three ones.It has some reference value for the subsequent research and some instructional function for the practice of the human resource management. |
