As an overlapping field of research between western organizational behavior and human resourcemanagement, the issues of psychological contract are mostly involved in organization or employees of theenterprises, less concern about higher education, especially for HRM of non-government colleges. And asthe supplement to institutional contract, psychological contract possesses some drive effect. So thenon-government colleges should make use of efficiency of psychological to strengthen job satisfaction ofteachers and promote common development between school and teachers through the measures ofmeaningful goal making, trustful and mutual support organization situation building, implementation ofscientific career management as well as comprehensive and effective stimulation.From the perspective of justice and objective, the research set the teachers in undergraduate collegesof Henan Province (39universities and8independent colleges) as the object of study, and the researchdivide the teachers into two groups. One group is the teachers from independent colleges andnon-government colleges, the other group is from the second level undergraduate colleges. And theresearch process data through exploratory factor analysis, analysis of variance, correlation analysis,analysis of regression and structural equation analysis to explore the relevant issues of psychologicalcontract from teachers in non-government colleges, meanwhile the research tries to analyze the influence ofpsychological contract to job satisfaction, perceived organizational support’s mesmeric effect topsychological contract and job satisfaction as well as variable diversity of different demography andhistology.The results of research are:Ⅰ.Psychological contract will cause remarkable positive effect to job satisfaction and organizationsupport.Ⅱ.Perceived organizational support possess remarkable part mesmeric effect between psychologicalcontract and job satisfaction.Ⅲ.From the analysis of different character of demography and histology, the teachers between thesecond level undergraduate colleges and the third level exist remarkable differences in the above mentionedvariable. Ⅳ.To state the shortage of the research and the issues which will be explore in the further study.
