Energy strategic is increasingly important with a better understanding. While there are many factors make energy exhausting. In order to avoid the post crisis era's influence to environment, finding a way for economy increase is the only choice for sustainable development. The whole world is trying to research a economic growth point to motivate the whole economy. And all of the countries are focusing on new energy. Therefore discussing how to make use of energy is irresistible general trends.Energy is the basis of modern society. The supply and use has close relationship with national sustainable development. The analysis to Sino-Japanese new energy development devotes a lot to future. China should learn form Japanese experience and apply to practice. Each country plays a significant role in new energy competition. It would be make sense to find a reasonable way out. I hope the research about Sino-Japan economy contribution could make China find an available way in new energy.This paper can be divided into six parts. The first part introduces the background and significance of topics of studying on new energy.The second part is the research review. The third part is the industry development status of new energy in China. The fourth part is the industry development status of new energy in Japan. The fifth part is the comparison about the industrial development and contribution in new energy between Japan and China. The sixth part is to compare the advantages and disadvantages of New Energy Development, and to explore industries suited in new energy to development policies of China.
