Study On The Agricultural Comprehensive Exploitation To Support The Development Of Green Food Industry In Anhui Province

In recent years, with the development of our agriculture, lack of "quantity" has never been the main antinomy any more. Accompanying with the exaltation of people's living standard, the problem of "quality" has already become more and more outstanding; consumers pay more attention to food nutrition. So, in the new period, as the important mean and path of national public finance to support agriculture, the agricultural comprehensive exploitation has to actively push forward the green food industry by tightly surrounding the implementation of items. This is the objective demand of people to pursue a high-quality food; the essential request to protect eco-environment and to keep the agricultural development sustainable; the effective path of increasing farmer's income as well as adjusting agriculture structure and boosting agricultural product competitive ability.The study takes the theory of agriculture industrialization,of eco-philosophy, of agricultural sustainable development, of industry clusters, of agricultural scale--economics and of comparing advantage as its theoretic foundation. Based on counting and analyzing a great deal of data, the paper concludes the main blocks of the development of green food industry in Anhui Province: insufficient publicity of the concept of green consumption; the difficulties of exerting resource advantage; separation of producing and managing; the insufficiency of using science and technique, marketing system block as well as the shortage of fund-investing. On the basis of clarifying the guiding ideology and developing goals of the agricultural comprehensive exploitation to support green food industry, it proposes four modes: leading enterprises-driven mode, leading industries belt-driven mode, technology-driven mode, and market-driven mode. It puts forward a series of suggestions of the agricultural comprehensive exploitation to advance green food industry: pushing forward the popularizing of green consuming; supporting fully the development of leading enterprises of green food industry; the generalizing of farmer professionally economical organization; scientizing the bases of green food; establishing the perfectly standardized system of green food industry; innovating green food producing technology; enlarging green food top brand construction, ensuring the diversification of green food industry investing-mechanisms. By analyzing an example of the agricultural comprehensive exploitation to promote Zhan Shi Food Company, the paper further illuminates that it is a correct road to keep agriculture and rural economy developing steadily, rapidly and healthily.
