At present, the speed of the development of China's high-tech industry is rapid. There have been formed a number of agglomeration areas, but there is still a big gap compared to developed countries, especially in development environment terms of innovation, investment and financing.Therefore, that further promotion of knowledge, technology and human resources concentrated in the region, to speed up the development of high-tech industrial agglomeration is the future direction of industrial development, cultivate the important measure of strategic high-tech industry. There were numbers of theories about high-tech industrial agglomeration, but in research process, most scholars did research based on the general evolution of innovation system and dynamic guiding mechanism of the evolution of high-tech industrial agglomeration. the thesis analysis of the evolution of the development of high-tech industrial agglomeration, put forward author own opinion, form the perspective of the ecological evolution to analog and discuss, not only has theoretical significance, but also significance of practice and guidance.First of all, the thesis provides an overview of the theory of high-tech industrial agglomeration, Hi-tech Industry development and ecological evolution and related theory. Secondly, we analyze the influencing factors, the constituent elements and ecological laws and characteristics of high-tech industrial agglomeration, do an analogy between natural ecosystem and industrial agglomeration system and analyze the general process and ecological evolution of high-tech industrial development. Furthermore, the article research on the dynamic evolution of high-tech industry, construct the system dynamics model of the development of the high-tech Industrial agglomeration based on the theory of ecological evolution. Finally, combines with the current situation of the development of the high-tech industrial Agglomeration in Hefei high-tech park area, put forward the construction measures of the development of high-technology industrial agglomeration.
