The scaleand the quality of development of industry is the basic symbol of human civilization.17th Party Congress Report clearly put forward our country’s target including“Construction of ecological civilization, make the industrial structure, increase mode andconsumption model base on saving energy and resources and protect the ecologicalenvironment.”This thesis regard the relations between construction of ecologicalcivilization and industrial evolution as the research object, from the point of view ofsystem, using the system analysis basic laws of evolution of industrial system theecological civilization. The thesis is of great significance in the theoretical research, itwill guide the construction of ecological civilization practice. The result of this thesis isthe component of the the national social science fund project and the local humanitiesand social science research project.Firstly, this thesis analysed the ecological civilization system, defined the concept ofecological civilization, boundary element, and based on the rationality, systematic andcoordination of the ecological civilization analysed ecological civilization elements andthe industrial structure of the relationship.After established ecological civilization perspectives, this thesis systematicallyanalysed industrial evolution. Research the industrial structure evolution trend. We findthat the industry system progress through the horizontal industry innovation andindustrial integration and vertical direction of ecological, rationalization. Finally achievethe transform that is benifitial to ecological industry.On the base of the above analysis, this thesis to continue reviewed the civilizationof the industry foundation, the human civilization and the evolution process of thesystem in the industry structure characteristics, evolution rule and the promoting functionof the industrial development. This Thesis analyzed the ecological civilization industrybase-ecological industry, the ecological civilization industry system evolution basicpower. Research the ecological civilization industry base and evolution motivemechanism. According to the above, explained relationship between the ecologicalcivilizations in the industry.This thesis finally took Tianjin for the example simulation. According to thesystemic analysis of ecological civilization and industrial evolution, use the systemdynamics method that called "policy laboratory" to construct Tianjin industrial systemsimulation. Through controlling of the variables related to ecological civilization,research the industry evolution trend of the system, and finally choose the best policythat is able to realize population, economy and environment coordinated development.
