This paper based on the surface and deep soil data, fully researched a variety of models and methods, and then developed the Resources and Environmental Assessment Information System independently.System includes the basic functions of GIS, the functions of geostatistical and multifractal, environmental assessment function and resource prediction assessment function modules.Using object-oriented development, System established the soil information database, and realized the geostatistical functions and robust variograms which can effectively reduced the impact of abnormal values .on top of above,System union multifractal Kriging method. multifractal Kriging method can effectively enhance anomalous areas in order to compensate the smoothing effect of kriging methods.Meanwhile, the system joined two resource prediction Models which named the CA (Content - Area) model and VN (Value- the number of cumulative frequency of deposit) model, and three kinds of environmental assessment model which named the single factor index model, Geological index accumulates model and environmental geochemical baseline model For application in resource and environmental assessmentOn the basis of the system, this paper taked Pb element of Tongling Ore Cluster area as an example, based on surface soil carried out the soil environmental assessment and base on deep soil data carried out the research on metallogenic anomaly identification with multifractal method. The soil environment Evaluation results show that soil has been seriouslycontaminated by heavy metal in some parts of Tongling. The pollution shows a close relationship with the deposit development.In the process of metallogenic anomaly identification,based on deep soil samples,Multifractal Krige method can identify anomalies more efficiently than krige method,so it can better serve deep and peripheral concealed ore prospecting in Old Ore cluster area. based on multifractal kriging map, This paper use the V-N model to calculation the anomaly area, Results shows that the anomaly area can well identify most of known deposits. Meanwhile it aslo identified some blank abnormal areas which are worthwhile to do further anomaly inspection.
