The practical problems of China's rapid economic development is that the oil and gas-based energy production can not meet the demand of economic growth.So that includes extensive import and export trade, including the international energy cooperation is the urgent need to maintain the economic operation . Energy of international cooperation through the full use of both domestic and foreign resources can put China's energy industry into the world energy system. For the optimal allocation of resources could attain the goal of safeguarding the country's political, economic, diplomatic and security purposes.The main contents of this paper is divided into three parts, namely: First, China's oil and gas resources in the basic situation of international cooperation, analysis of China's import and export trade in oil and gas resources, oil and gas resources in international cooperation have been the achievements and problems, thus further China's oil and gas resources indicate the need for cross-border cooperation, as well as international cooperation in the strategic importance of environmental assessment. Second, oil and gas resources to carry out international cooperation in environmental analysis, mainly oil and gas resources from the global reserves, production analysis, the focus of regional and national cooperation in oil and gas resources in the environment to carry out a specific analysis on two aspects. States oil and gas production and the growth of the country as a selection of basic standards, and secondly from the various country-specific political, economic, and resource policy, international relations, China's relations with many more in-depth research, so as to more accurate evaluation of the basic work to do a good job. Third, international cooperation in oil and gas resources to the environmental assessment. Through part of the contents of the first two in-depth analysis, and evaluation of existing standards and learn from the experts and the establishment of, and the sample countries were evaluated and sorted, and ultimately come to the conclusion and recommendations.
