Popular Science Innovation Of New Era In China

National scientific quality is one of the important indicators, which is a measure of a country's international competitiveness. From a long-term point of View, competition in overall strength mainly account for economic strength and science power science which ultimately is reflected in the quality of national science literacy. In a knowledge-base global econmy and the developed technology, the effectiveness of science good or bad for the national science, improving the quality of the enhanced national competitiveness, the country's success and national prosperity of both the rise and fall is strategically important. The popular science is a huge social system engineering, which has its own operation rules which requires innovative of popular science must be base on rational, guidance of scientific theoretical. Since reformation and opening, the popular science has been paid more attention and gets significant achievements. However, a number of reasons, as history, reality, subjective and objective result in many difficulties and problems in the work of popular science, such as older content, lowing attention, lowing literacy of overall science, single forms, unsuitably between popular science management system and mechanism.So we must have all-directional innovation.This dissertation will apply the theory of scientific communication science to the practice of popular science. First, on the basis of drawing on experience of foreign countries'popular science, the paper focus on analyzing the current situation of China's popular science work, as well as the existence of the main problems; Second, from the concept of innovation, content of innovation, organization of innovation, means and facilities of innovation, forms and methods of innovation, management system and operational mechanism of innovation, culture and environmental innovation and so on, it studies on popular science innovation of new era in China further. At the same time according to the Wenchuan earthquake case, the paper studies the earthquake science popularization. Finally the paper puts forward some political recommendations for popular science innovation in China in the point of the object to work in popular science, strengthening popular science capacity-building and theoretical studies of popular science, and provides theoretical guidance and decision-making for the purpose of promote the practice of China's popular science.
