Sport lottery is a kind of novel industry in China. It is an effective way of gathering sports fund and social welfare fund from the society. By issuance sports lottery, we can supplement the sports funds, build sports establishment, and hold large-scale athletic meeting. Money was gather from the crowd, and then was spent back on them, benefiting for more than one generation. So it has wide prospect and strong vitality. This paper was written according to a task which was undertaken by Prof. Li. the anther carried out a market investigation about sports lottery market in Anhui Province, and then practiced in sport lottery manage center of Anhui province. In this period of time, the author found that there were many problems in the marketing part, which influenced the development of sports lottery market of our province.In this paper, the conception of marking and its developing progress from 4P to 4C and 4R were introduced simply. Further study about the macro circumstance and competition state of lottery market was carried out after analyzing the results of sport lottery market investigation in Anhui Province. Combining with the status of sport lottery manage center of Anhui Province, I analyze sport lottery industry of Anhui Province using topical SWOT analytical method, and address my marketing strategy that aimed at sport lottery industry.
